MLCD changes Digi-setup.

I have Pro Tools 4.1.1 with a 888 running in a digital enviroment with a Yamaha DMC 1000 and just recently installed Masterlist 2.01.
Everytime I open Masterlist and starts playing, the digi-setup jumps from Digital sync to Slave, and the input 1-2 changes from digital to analog. I tried this on two other computers, and the same thing was happening.
Can anybody explain what is happening. Techsupport??
(Mastelist 1.4 didn`t have this problem).

You are experiencing a conflict with the 3.2.3 version of the DigiSystem INIT. The workaround is to install the previous version of DigiSystem INIT in place of the 3.2.3 when you need to use MasterList CD.

We are aware of this situation and we are currently working on a new version of the DigiSystem INIT in order to rectify the problem.
