Trouble with crossfades

I'm having trouble using crossfades with pres or posts on them. The only cross-fade I can use (or is displayed) is the equal. Has anyone experienced this

It's hard to say what the prohlem is based on the description but it could be a couple of things...

1) If you have a few long crossfades or many short ones or both, it could be a RAM issue. Crossfades are a function of RAM. Try increasing the amount of RAM allocated to Masterlist CD by doing a "Get Info" on the Masterlist CD application icon and increase the preferred memory amount by atleast 3000 or 4000 (3MB or 4MB) or more if you have the RAM.

2) If any of the items in your masterlist are playlists from Sound Designer you should go back to Sound Designer and save those playlists as soundfiles and then import those soundfiles into MLCD instead of the playlists.

3) Depending on what kind of crossfade you are using, Extended or Overlapping, try the other. This one is hard to explain with anount of space and time here but this could be a cause of problems.
