masterlist cd w/ ricoh 6201 firmwr. v2.2

has anyone else used the newest firmware version of the ricoh 6201 cd recorder with masterlist 2.0? i have MLCD v1.4 and it doesn't recognize my burner, though it does recognize the same model with firmware v1.1.

i've tried jam and it works fine, but i REALLY need the mastering capabilities of MLCD. any help is appreciated!
