Just recently upgraded to Digi 002 and bought a command 8.. installed all the softwear and protools runs, but it wont recognize my command 8. Any ideas of whats wrong? and the personality file is in...

make sure it shows up in the AudioMidi setup first, then go to protools and configure it.
also update the firmware withthe installer on disk
