I'm under the impression that this problem has been fixed in a recent beta -but for PCI systems only. There are plenty of Nubus audiovisions out there (of course we have one), and I fear that this longstanding bug will never be fixed for nubus users.
Which bug you say? Well, ever try exporting an AV session to Protools? Then select a fade and delete it? The fade and the audio goes away.
And if you are unfortunate enough to "skip all fades" when opening up in Protools, you'll have a session with the fades and audio gone.
I hope that Avid can fix this bug before putting the 4.0 Nubus version to sleep.
