I'd like to say that I received a nice demo of the ICON at DigiWorld. It was the first time I saw one in person and for the most part you have put together an excellent product.
I have a few feature requests that I think would benefit your product.
•LED Scribble strips above the 12 bank buttons. This way I don't have to remember that my FX stem is on bank 4. I can look over to the bank buttons, see which button is associated with FX, and click it.
•Ability to bring a track over without knowing its number. In the demo, the track/group pane on the left side of the Edit window was open so we could see what track number Dialog C was. Instead of pressing enter, and typing in the track number to get that fader near the center, I'd like to be able to type in the track name. It's easier to remember names than it is numbers (and I like to work with that particular pane collapsed).
•If I'm holding the option button the far left of an ICON fader bank, and I touch a fader momentarily, I'd like the fader to jump to zero. I don't want to have to do this from the center section.
My only complaint about ICON is that the channel strip is too large. I'm 5'11", and I cannot reach the top encoder on a channel without leaning out of the chair. That's a drag.
