Upgrade time limit?

How long is the upgrade from Session 8 PC offer in effect?

That doesn't semm like much time.Especially when you consider that 3rd party companies haven't gotten devoloper's kits.

We have not set an expiration date for either of the Session 8 PC upgrades to Pro Tools|24 or Pro Tools|24 MIX. I would imagine that either of these will be available at least through the spring of 1999. But why wait?

The only upgrade that expires on 12/31/98 is for Pro Tools|24 to Pro Tools|24 MIX.

Correct me if I'm wrong but when I called Digi for the S8 => PT24 upgrade, they said that the exchange program was good throught 12/31/98 only. I'm already using PT24 now..

I have made sure that our TeleSales team is aware of all respective hardware upgrade cut-off dates wherever they may exist. I apologize for any confusion.
