Regarding the fact of cross-platform issues...
I had two questions in my mind:

- Why are we receiving this diskette by mail that says " TDM backup installation disk for PT 4.3/MAC " when we are NOT using a MAC ?

- Are u planning on making those disks availbale on NT too?

2) Second question:

- When the On-line reference guide for ProTools NT will be available on your website...there is a note on my PT cd-rom that says check back in late october..well, it really seems that we're in december and there has been no updates yet..
can you answer this please?

You recieved the mac backup key by mistake. CS Admin is assuming your system is install in a mac. I'll straighten that out for you.

We are working on posting guides and manual updates on the website. We currently list late breaking technical information there. Feel free to check it as often as you can. Many users have found it very helpful. Thanks.
