Hi,
I've been pleased with the performance from the Digidelivery system we installed. I've noted some unusual behavior. Occasionally, a client will download successfully and I will never receive a download confirmation email. Checking the DD log shows that the session is still pending (so the email delivery didn't fail).
This weekend, a client downloaded a larger file (540 meg) and the symptoms above happened plus I received a digidelivery notice back from the client (that he never sent). When I downloaded his digidelivery, it was just an empty folder named after the file I had sent. I confirmed with the client that he sent me nothing.
Overall, digidelivery has been a great experience. Any info provided would be much appreciated.
