Now how about making it affordable to Australians.
You want more to post a CD that it cost me to ship an entire set of drum rims

The layering thing reminds me of Reason 3's combinator kinda.
An easy way to layer sounds!
I am sure this will come with all future hardware releases in the future.
It will be so cool for everyone to have something to make music with with protools le right out of the box!!
Like all the cool plugs we get now .
Thanks Digi!!!

I emailed digi here in Australia, and it will be at your local dealer in 2-4 weeks - so hang on man!!! It is an rediculously long time for us to have to wait - but there it is.

Cheers, Scott

You know, you just might be able to ask you local dealer if he already has a copy and if you talk really nice to him (ie beg), he just might burn you a copy on a disk. That's what I did. Of course, buying a Mbox2 probably helped too, but I don't see any reason why he wouldn't burn you a copy if he had it without a purchase either.

For that matter, somebody could burn you a copy and mail it to you in less time than it appears Digidesign's gonna get it together.

All kinds of sounds. Typical as to what you'd find in a workstation keyboard. A thousand sounds or so, from acoustic pianos to synths, and lots in between. I like it a lot.
Peace

Hi Neatguys,

the Arpeggiator plays always in sync to the tempo of your ProTools session. For further information on how to set up the Arpeggiator correctly please refer to the quite helpful

"Hybrid Plug-in Guide.PDF !"

You can use the scroll-wheel of your mouse to select Parts by hovering over the Part Selection Fields, selection of Parts via MIDI-controllers is not available.

Have fun using Xpand!,

Regards,

Wolfram

I just went to a protools 7 Xpand! seminar here in NYC and Tony (the digi rep) was giving out free copies of Xpand after the seminar. If there's a seminar coming to your town this is a good way to obtain it witout going through digistore.

thought this might help...
