My Digidelivery wont turn on!!

Hi we purchased a digidelivery, at first it turned on and seemed to be ok, we didint get a chance to get it set up because it was turned off by someone using the power switch on the front of the unit and now it wont turn on its dead!!! Afterwards i read the manual trying to find out if this was normal and read that it could not be turned off using the front power switch wich is ridiculous if this cant be done why include a power switch on the front panel!!!!! why not make this warning more obvious. is there a way to make it turn on again? do i need to send it back? it was out of the box and never used and now it seems to be dead. this is really frustrating this is an expensive piece of equipment, is it damaged? it was really noisy (fans) wich seemed weird to me since this is geared towards the recording studio comunity. any help would be appreciated.

I can't imagine any parrticular reason it won't turn back on, assuming the power cable is properly connected in the back and the AC is still on (any chance you tripped a breaker?). If you're still having problems, drop an email to tsdigidelivery@digidesign.com

You can, of course, use the power switch if you need to, but, as with all computers, it is preferable to shut down using teh software command in the Admin pages if you can.
