I lost two authorizations of all my Digi software, though no fault of my own.
One happened when I brought my computer in for a routine and fairly simple repair, and they decided to reformat my hard-drive without asking me, or backing it up.
I can document this event.
The other happened when a the hard-drive crashed, and I sent it to a recovery place to get all my file back. The Digi stuff was there, but the authorizations were lost.
I've written to Digi Tech Support, and they sent me to this B-Board for more information about other ways to recover authorizations. I've looked around, but I don't see any threads pertaining to this topic.
What gives?
