Hi, I'm new to ProTools so I'm sure this is something simple I've overlooked. I've got the authorization on my iLok for Eleven, I've installed Eleven, and I can see it in my Plugins folder. When I launch PT I see Eleven listed as it initializes all the plugins in the splash screen. But if I follow the directions in the Eleven Plugin Guide and create a new mono Audio track, then click the Insert Selector A from the new track in the mix window and then move my mouse over "plug-in" and then browse the plugin categories I do not see Eleven anywhere. I expected to find it under "Instruments" alongside Hybrid which works fine, but Eleven is nowhere to be found. I've tried reinstalling Eleven a couple of times, no change. I am using ProTools M-Powered 7.4.2. Any suggestions?

It should be listed in the 'Harmonic' sub-category.

Hey 77pro,
Interesting. I'm not seeing a sub-category called "Harmonic". Hmmm...

Not sure if it makes a difference...but go to: 'setup'>'preferences' >'display'> organize plug-ins by: category

Just checked the PT Display Prefs. It was set to "Category", so I chose "Flat List" to see all the plugins in a long list and it still doesn't show Eleven, even though I can clearly see it in the plugins folder on my hard drive. I read through the forums and did a web search but I haven't seen anyone else with this problem, so it may be an installation issue. I'll try reinstalling everything this week and see if that resolves it. Thanks for the advice!

I think there's Eleven (for HD) and Eleven LE (for LE and MPowered). Can you check and see if you installed the LE one?
