Pro Tools 8 Reference Guide in the UK

I would like to know, please, when is the PT 8 Reference Guide going to be available in the UK store. It is always showing "Out of Stock" - I never actually saw it available in the UK store.

Does anyone know how many pages are in the Reference Guide? Is is the same guide that comes in pdf form with PT?

The PDF is numbered up to 1092.
If you try to print it its 1112 pages

I just checked the Avid store for the UK today - it's available at £25 for the ref guide & £23 for shipping it!
