Can't enter activation code for 803 pr

Downloaded 803 pr today and it won't accept my activation code for 801. Just bought 801 a few weeks ago. Didn't get a new activation code for 803pr. This is PT LE, DD 003. Computer details in my signature.

Correct. PTLE 8.0.3pr uses the same authorization code as PTLE 8.0 and 8.0.1.

Since you purchased the Pro Tools LE 8 upgrade, and already activated it, your PTLE 8 authorization code can be found here:

Go to Your Account (https://account.avid.com/) (formerly My Digi)
Login with your email and password
Account Management > Products > Your Products

You might be confusing your Activation Code with your Authorization Code. Easy to do, since the names are so similar. :-)

An Activation Code can only be used once. Once you have used your activation code, your downloads and authorization code for PTLE 8 are available at any time from your account.

By the way, I did check your account to make sure the PTLE 8 auth code was there, which it is.
However, the Pro Tools 8 upgrade also includes a separate activation to access the Pro Tools 8 Third Party Content:

FXpansion BFD Lite
Celemony Melodyne Essential
Torq LE

Click on "Products Not Yet Downloaded" to complete that activation and access that portion of your upgrade.

Thanks for all the responses, I really appreciate that. I tried two different codes, as I wasn't sure which one to use. Does the correct code for this purpose begin with DIGI0800?

Success! I neglected to enter the DIGI0800 portion of the number, as I didn't realize that was actually part of the code. Thanks again for the help, and your patience with a newb.
