Does anyone have any solutions that will allow me to open (and operate) Mini Grand? When I create a new instrument track, then assign the Mini Grand plug-in, it starts to open - The Mini Grand piano actually appears, and the green column at the bottom says "Loading." After a few seconds, Pro Tools totally shuts down.

I am running an Mbox2 Pro, on PT LE 8.0.3 (the prerelease). The computer is a second-generation (late 2006) Macbook 13" (white), operating Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.1 2GB RAM

After PT shuts down, the error message specifically says: "Pro Tools LE quit unexpectedly" Below that it says "Click Reopen to open the application again. This report will be sent to Apple automatically." On the error message box there are buttons that say "Show Details," "Ok," and "Reopen." The Reopen button is highlighted blue. On the upper-left side of the error message box, there is a white exclamation point inside a yellow triangle.

I've tried clicking the Reopen button after several of these error messages, but Mini Grand never successfully opens. I've attempted a couple of computer restarts, still no luck.

I called Digidesign tech support, where I was told that they are not offering software tech support for 8.0.3.

Any suggestions?
