Phasing w/ AUX send for Headphones

I am sending my control room mix through the AUX outs of PC.
I am using a Furman headphone system with 4 submixes (not using them yet).
The problem I'm getting is a phasing sound in the headphones!
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the info, I'm not quite sure if I have the unbalanced of balanced ones hooked up. I'll have to check. I'm more software friendly. than hardware. Thanks
