Multiple Systems with One ProControl?

I would like to be able to quickly (< 1 sec) 'switch' between two PT systems with one ProControl. Ideally, have a A/B (ethernet) button that would, in effect, take one system off-line and put the other on-line without going thru the Peripherals Dialog box (takes too long to re-establish communications). Would an intelligent router or hub to this? Any ideas from tech support?

I dont know if a "intelligent router" would
do this. You could have multiple Pro Tools
systems connected to a network and then when any system needed to use pro control just enable ether net is Pro Control menu in the
peripherals. I guess the answer is no. Because each Pro Tools system will prompt that Pro Tools is unable to establish communication with Pro control any time it is enabled in the peripherals and not connetected( via intelligent router ) Or if multiple units are connected(via network) and enabled could cause problems with communication. PS it only should take 15 to
30 seconds for connecting to pro control.
