I installed Pro Tools FREE on my PowerBook G3/400 (Pismo) with 312 MB of RAM. Everything seems to work very smooth, EXCEPT:
At the very end of each recording I make (either in destructive or non-destructive mode), there is always a split-second audio glitch that gets added there. The sound is usually either a click, or white noise.
Sometimes though, it is a sound that is similar to whatever it was that I was recording. For example, if I was doing a pinao take (say, quarter note D-chords), then it will record a split second sound of a piano doing a D-chord at the end, even if I didn't play one there!
Very strange, as I have been using Pro Tools TDM for years in my studio and I've never experienced anything like this before.
Does anyone have any ideas???
