Importing wav and aiff

Hi, just got pro tools free, and i was wondering why I can't find any way to import .wav and aiff samples.

I've got 2GB of audio samples sitting there in mainly .wav, and i want to be able to import them into pro tools to mess with them, preferably without having to *record* them in.

Did you try going to the Audio Menu above the Region Bin on the right and selecting Convert and Import?
