Every time i tried to record onto my internal drive with free, it said it was "too fragmented" or not enough disk space. It worked fine yesterday running powermix 4.3.2
I went out and bought an orb scsi 2.2 gig removable(not approved but i heard they were much better than the "Jazz drives" exteranal hoping my problem would be solved. Free crashed it after 1 sec of recording to the 2.2 orb. I feared that my key for powermix
was lost . after a lot of trashing of free files i re installed my trusty 4.3.2 powermix and it works dreamy with the removable orb drive. Unlike free! Free has quick puch which is the reason i really wanted it. Hopefully there will be more info on getting it to work with these powerbooks.
