Many characteristics in ProTools Free are similar if not identical to the hardware based versions of ProTools. If you seem to be struggling with a sticky MIDI connectivity problem or an editing snafu, I would suggest doing a quick search of the archives for your particular issue. You might be pleasantly surprised to find an answer somewhere else.
