Well, for the first time I had to abort the
PTF installation, because it said "older
version of *** file found, please remove it first". So I removed the AM III's 1.6 cs2
drivers and installed the 1.5 ones. Now I
had success installing PTF. Rebooted, run the
program and suddenly it crashed during "scanning progran memory" process. I tried
to install-deinstall-reinstall the drivers and PTE in several sequences, but I just can't have it work. Even Digidesign's MIDI driver disappeared from Control Panel -> Multimedia. (That's about compatibility).
My system: Intel Celeron 300A CPU, Asus P2BF motherboard, 128Mb RAM, Matrox Millenium G200 video card, Tekram DC 310 (or 390, I'm mot sure) SCSI card, Midiman 2x2 ISA MIDI interface, 56k ISA modem, Maxtor UDMA HDD.
Any solution?
