Hi all,
Wanted to know if any of you have any experience with the R1 Remote Controller.
I inherited a legacy piece that powers up fine, and does send out MIDI Controller Data, but only does so with values ranging from about 50 to 75 with a full fader throw (I would've expected 0-127 or even 0-63 as some devices with a small physical footprint do.)
The controller numbers make sense (incrementing per fader e.g. fader 1 sends controller 8, fader 2 sends controller 9 etc.) but the values are not at all what I would expect.
I was hoping to use the thing to send controllers that I could re-map within Logic Audio to control settings in my TDM, and filter sweeps for my synths, etc.
Anyone out there have any Idea?!! Maybe the thing is just busted, or the battery is low (though the manual says that low battery would have a specific blinking light indication - which is not the case here.... hmmmm!)
