PC - Incredible faders! Spacing is too wide, though. Better "feel", especially the switches. Horrible DSP Edit section. Poor Control Room Monitor section if you work in surround. Nice scribble strips. Super low profile and portable (especially compared to C24).
C24 - Mediocre faders. The spacing is very nice, though. Switches are awful. Brilliant plugin editing across all 24 scribble strips! Much improved Control Room Monitor section. Too damn tall!!
IMO, if money is no object it's a toss-up. Money considered it's got to be C24.

We had a PC and I sold it to get a C24. As mentioned above, the faders on the PC are much nicer than the C24, but the C24's aren't awful either. The monitoring section on the C24 is much hipper than the PC; with the extra 8 stereo submixer ins & such. Also, the preamps, while not to worlds greatest are fine if you run them through an aux w/ eq & compression; plus 2 DI's. I never understood the convenience of the keyboard on the PC; but I'm too used to my regular keyboard to not have it under my hands. I use the C24 for post and it's been great. There you go....
