The manual is totally crap. Period. It's bare to the point where it's seriously not funny.

At the very least, they could have dedicated a good and detailed section on various scenarios and connections by which the C24 could be maximized, covering all the monitoring, aux, submixer routing, etc.

It's the worst manual I've seen.

Personally, before I bought the C24, I downloaded the manual & addendum. I used it to study the lay out of the controller & also to determine the wiring harnesses I needed. It's not the most comprhensive thing I've read, but is more than adequate.

1) If you connect something to the AUX IN, it will be routed directly to the AUX OUT. There is no button push that will route it directly to the main MONITOR SPEAKERS OUT.

2) Likewise, the only place the Line Submixer outputs is the LINE SUBMIXER OUTS (Left and Right), it cannot be directly routed to the MONITOR SPEAKERS OUT.

If you want to monitor either of the above through the main monitor outs, you can bring them into the EXTERNAL SOURCES IN on the C|24.

3) I do not understand question number three: "Where are the assignments?" What assignments?

Thank you for your replies.
I would imagine if you put a sub mixer in a console/controller/glorified mouse, that, one would put a button in the Control Room Monitor section that is Sub Mixer to Monitors. Yes?

Fortunately we patched alll possible routings to our long frame patch bay the options are only a patch away.

Thanks again.
Happy CR24 user.
