MOTU hardware with PT LE on PC

Does anyone have experience using a 2408 or a 1224 with ProTools LE software on a well-configured PC? What about track count and latency?

You cannot use PT software with anything other than Pt hardware. It is strictly proprietary. You can use PT hardware with other apps that support direct I/O...like Logic. But the Motu interfaces (nice as they are)..will not function under PTle.
