Default Unable to install c8 drivers.......

I DOWNLOADED THE COMMAND 8 SETUP SOFTWARE FROM THE DIGIDESIGN WEBSITE AND MY PROTOOLS STILL WON'T RECOGNIZE MY COMMAND 8. IT POWERS UP & THE FADERS DO THEIR TEST (UP & DOWN) THEN IT CLICKS AND THE SCREEN READS COMMAND|8 (OFFLINE) HOW DO I FIX THIS? I'VE TRIED EVERY SUGGESTION ON HERE AND NOTHING IS WORKING.

Hey ginoworld,

Did you find a solution to this problem? I am experiencing something similar with the 8.0.1 upgrade.

If you have any tips or advice, please share!

Thanks!

What suggestions have you tried, exactly?

Did you configure it properly in Setups>Peripherals>MIDI Controllers? Can you tell me the settings you're using in that window?

This isn't correct. Please follow the instructions from page 14 of the Command|8 Guide.
